We try our best to see you and your pets at the scheduled time for appointments and ask that everyone please make appointments and not just show up without a previously scheduled appointment. If you have a pet emergency during our regular hours please call before you come over so we can give you valuable information about what to do at home and on the way over to manage your pet's emergency. This way we can also prepare for your arrival. To setup an appointment, please contact us during office hours.

| On Saturdays we see sick pets only to make sure we have appointments available for pets that became sick Friday nights. | |
Outside these hours we have an emergency on-call service available for our clients. Please call ahead and do not just show up, as there is not a veterinarian on the premises 24/7.
We generally schedule 15 minute appointments for wellness exams and 30 minute appointments for sick animals. Please mention if your pet has problems when making the appointment.
