Finacial Policy

We do expect payment in full at the time of service; we encourage you to discuss fees prior to treatment for your pet to avoid any misunderstanding.
We accept cash, personal checks (accompanied by a drivers license), VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
We do ask for a deposit in the event that your pet needs to be hospitalized. The amount will depend on what we anticipate your pet will need while hospitalized. The balance will be due in full at the time of discharge.

Emergency Policy

We offer emergency service for our current clients only.
We do not have a doctor on the premises 24 hours a day so please call ahead.
We might refer you to an emergency hospital depending on your pets condition as our staffing overnight does not allow us to serve some emergency needs.
There is an emergency fee that will be charged in addition to any services that we provide.
Please be prepared to pay for services in full if your pet is treated on an outpatient basis or to leave a deposit if your pet is hospitalized.

We require that all pets who are admitted for surgery have had a physical exam at our clinic within the past 6 months.
All non-routine surgeries (everything except spay, neuter and declaws) do require that you leave a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost of the surgery at the time of admission to the hospital.
Please ask for an estimate of the cost of a planned surgery to avoid misunderstanding.
We require pre-operative blood work on all pets over 5 years old; in younger pets this is still recommended but not mandatory.
